Herman Truman a man who was born in a poor town from Alabama. Who would learn how the streets worked, became a hustler on the streets. After an accidental homicide he would later flee to Mexico. But he would find out that Mexico was crime infested with cartels and he would pick up the language as he saw that it was necessary. He would later realize that the London might be a place of opportunity. After hustling chasing the fast life where people were already established. He would find out that everyone, Mobs, Criminals, People seeking a new life, Righteous people, were moving to a city named Los Santos.
