Jay Dee

Jay Dee is a archetypal street goofball that grew up in hood of Model city commonly known as Liberty city doing anything that he can to get by. As a child he interacted between different family's throughout the town playing both sides during a war between 3 controlling territory's, he's very sly and manages to keep people wrapped in his web of lies and carefully constructed schemes. He plays games between family's under they're noses to create deception and misinformation between the warring family's. Jay has worked with many organizations including the police to arrest two of the head family's members to severe the power that was being created during the wars. Jay used this opportunity to take over power in the city and eventually become a kingpin in his own sense as the wars waged on worse the ever people become envious, mad filled with rage in the fact that jay has occurred the power he has in the way he has. Causing more pain and wars that could have ever been foreseen for this he is being hunted to this day by law enforcement and gangs alike he's a mobster in a sense a new age mobster.

Jay grew up poor but no without ambitions his close cousin Tanner Colletti would say another fellow family member but one very close and dear to his heart someone who has been with him through it all. One day Jay woke up to a fine tall asian lady who seemed rather strange he asked what she needed so late and the first thing she does is drop a suitcase directly at mr.dees feet and mumbles the words.... Tanner sends his condolences. Jay filled with excitement in hearing his long lost cousin who he hasn't seen in time much longer than he can recall picking up the case jay runs inside locks the door and begins to open the latch's to the case. FIlled with excitement jay drops the suitcase while opening it and the first thing to meet his eyes was a wade of cash falling out of a envelope with the words "LS LAYS OUR REUNION". Not sure of what "LS" is Jay takes to his tech savvy internet skills
and being to scour the internet for the meaning behind "LS"

Days have gone by and Jay still cannot determine the origin of the message details so he finally resorts to scrolling through any of his cousins social media pages upon investigation a picture on Tanners Isocial pops up he seems to be standing with a group of lady dancers and beautiful men holding his suit jacket. In the background a sign that spells "Tequi-la-la"
Jay immediately takes to the internet in search of this place low and behold jay finds what he has been searching for a beautiful shore city with some crime issues but not much a place located not to far from where he already is located so he does what Tanner seems to have decided for him. He packs his bags gathers his belongings says goodbye to his neighborhood cat and says goodbye to the town that put him in the position that he is currently running away from.

A new beginning awaits jay what will he find hes not really to sure of what has Tanner found? He's not to sure of that either one thing that he does know for certain, if he stays in liberty city to long the police or the family's he's ran away from for so long will finally close on his freedom and rip him away from everything he calls dear. So Jay Dee takes on a new route a new journey to a beloved city called Los Santos!
