I'd honestly would suggest maybe 3x 8hr restarts? (Ex. 2am - 10am - 6pm) I feel this would be better for most people who think 4 is too many but also people with lower end PC's that struggle with the 12 hour restarts. I feel as it would leave more room for RP as less server restarts then 4 but...
