There have been some updates to the conversations feature of the forums! This guide has been created to help you get a feel for the new tools and features it offers!
One of the biggest changes with this update is changing folders to labels, so be sure to go through your existing messages to create new labels for your conversations. Labels are helpful as they can be added directly in a thread upon creation (they are per user). Labels have a sort order, so you can determine how you want to organize your messages and easily update them in the future.
You can additionally have conversation groups, so if there is a list of people you frequently add to conversations, you can do it with a click of a button!
As the person who created the conversation, you can now kick and remove people from threads that they should not have access to. Users who are removed from conversations will get a notification for the reason they were removed from a conversation.
