Anthony Rough was originally born in Manchester, United Kingdom on the 13th August 1993. Shortly before his birth, his dad was shot in a gang war resulting in his father, Tyson Rough, dying shortly after. His mum, Gemma Rough was 17 when she gave birth to him and he had lived with with his mum, just them two from the start. His mum struggled for a very long time whilst Anthony was growing up, only just being able to provide a house over their head, food and water. As he grew older, he was just a normal council estate kid. Nothing too crazy. However, he received an opportunities to provide for himself and his mum, and properly.

He was around 12 years old and had also begun to realise and understand the financial situation they are in. Anthony begun making friends from the estate and at school, and had begun to hang around with the older lads from the estate, with them eventually taking him under their wing, and would be given tasks to do in return for cash and other items. Anthony became involved with the criminal world and at a rapid pace, and was given a nickname of 'White Tony'. From stealing cars to robbery at knifepoint, Anthony was working hard, and earning well and continued to advance within the group, and begun involving himself in distribution of narcotics. This exploded his business, and Anthony was earning more money than he could count. Weed, ketamine, ecstasy, you name it and the boys had it.

Over his time, various aspects of his operation begun to be investigated and eventually raided by the police, resulting in White Tony being sentenced for possession with burglary, possession intent to supply (class A & B) and dangerous weapon charges multiple times, spending a total of 9 years in Her Majesty's Prison. The first time he was arrested, he was 14. He was caught whilst doing a run, carrying approximately a total of 9 ounces of various drugs. The cash had already been paid, and it was simply leaving a bag at a certain area. Unfortunately, his customer was the police and was charged with supplying class A & B controlled substances, and possession of a bladed article. He was charged a sentence of 5 years, and was released after 3. This happened a few more times, but minor charges and quite less time. Whilst in jail in October 2015, White Tony had found out the rest of the criminal operation had been under investigation, and the police had taken action against it, jailing almost all of the groups members.

Following his release, White Tony booked a ticket to San Andreas, and saw a new future.
