Chance Summers is a 21-year old caucasian male with brown hair and blue eyes. Chance Summers was born in Los Angeles, California on August 3, 2000, weighing 6 pounds and 2.1 ounces. His orientation is straight as he identifies as a male. He’s the first-born son of Blake and Lily Summers. A few years following Chance’s birth, Chance’s parents, Blake and Lily, had a daughter who was later named Ashley Summers. Lily Summers, Chance’s mother, was an Operations Manager for Kaiser Permanente, a medical facility whose headquarters were located in Los Angeles, California. Blake Summers, Chance’s father, was Chief of Naval Operations for the United States Navy. Blake was deployed on October 16, 2010, to Chinese waters for a meeting with military executives from the Chinese govern. officials. Sadly, however, just as Blake’s ship was docking at a guarded facility within Chinese waters, Blake’s ship, himself, and crewmates were targeted in an attack using high-powered and long-range weapons. With it being a surprise attack, most of the USS Nathan James crew were either taken as hostages or killed on site. With multiple victims, it came to the awareness that one of those said victims was Chance’s father, Blake Summers. At the time, Chance was only 10, so the death of his father threw not only him but his whole family into a shocked and depressed state of mind. And that mentality tickled throughout the family for a number of years, and sometimes comes back even to this day.
Fast forward a number of years to August 1, 2021. Chance packs everything he has to move out of Los Angeles because it was way too hard to make a come-up within that city. With only a short budget his mother had given him as a “starter upper check”, Chance decided to move to Los Santos. After arriving in Los Santos, Chance had enough money to get a motel for a few nights in hopes to find a stable job, making new friends, makeup with his family back in Los Angeles, and overall, making a good life for him to be the best person the Chance can possibly be…. for his father. After moving to the state of San Andreas, Chance got in contact with some of his extended family. During this line of communication, Chance ended up meeting his cousin,
Axton Beckett.
In Chance's early time in the state of San Andreas, Chance was brought into a criminal group called "The Black Ring." This criminal faction focused in the manufacturing and distribution of large portions of marijuana, cocaine, fake ID's, and weapons. During this time Chance's criminal history grew, but so did his personal relationship with key members of this organization: Eddie Fisher, Wyatt Diaz, and
Cree Gaffney. During this time, Chance and Cree also took interest in doing small time 24/7 robberies. After a few months, Eddie Fisher decided to fly back home, which this took a big hit to Chance and his future within the city. After Eddie leaving the city and the The Black Ring, Chance, Wyatt, and Cree all took up high leadership positions within The Black Ring. For the next few months, The Black Ring would deplete their stock to their current clients, and evidently shut down the organization. At this point, Chance was already working full-time within the
San Andreas Flight Authority and so was his close friend Wyatt. It was a group decision that they were to now become fully legal and focus on their new
Government employee life style. Around the beginning of January, 2022 Chance got in contact with a lawyer to get an expungement of his record and after a few weeks, Chance was granted his record expungement, leaving Chance's criminal life completely behind him to start a new chapter in his life.
