The Crack Street Boyz, also known as CSB, are a street gang in Vespucci, It is said they are a decent size gang with an enormous hunger for crack. The Crack Street Boyz are known to be heavily involved in drug trafficking.

Starting as members of Oni, the Boyz would war with other gangs in the city most notably with the Jade Dragons and East Side Ballas . After the war with the ballas Kaji, Loe, Drake, Leon, Sharif, and Liam would split off and create their own gang known as the Crack Street Boyz.
