Dallas Shepard is a man entering his late twenties standing at 5’11”. He has icy-cold blue eyes and black hair. Dallas has an athletic build with a tapered waist - often shown with veiny hands and forearms and well defined musculature due to having a low body fat percentage of ~8%. His build looks to have been maintained and developed from a very young age with the aid of exceptional genetics and calisthenic ability. He bares a healthy caucasian complexion with next to no skin damage save for scarring, having a shrapnel scar from a detonated IED on the right side of his chest and a few patched up bullet wounds from combative engagements either from overseas or his extracurricular activities. Recently, Dallas lost his right eye due to… similar circumstances.

Dallas appears to be taciturn, apathetic, cynical and rather threatening on the surface, but behind his outward cold nature is hiding a fiercely loyal and strong loving friend. His sense of humor is quite dry and deadpan. As a criminal, he prefers to be a fly on the wall, keeping his cards close to his chest before making a risky play. He’s a closeted perfectionist with OCD, thriving to not have a hair out of place in any of his actions, his movements deliberate and efficient, exercising control as much as possible in everything he does. At every chance he can get, Dallas tries to flex his leadership ability, desiring to be someone people can depend and lean on in trying times, ideally without a title behind him.

Dallas typically dresses in suits and modest urban attire, believing that a man should always look his best no matter the circumstances - to do otherwise is considered complacency and laziness. He composes himself with complete and utter calmness, swearing by the philosophy of stoicism and being in absolute control of himself, his emotions, and ideally his surroundings - To be out of control is something Dallas abhors with excessive disdain in himself. Due to these characteristics, Dallas desires the impossible state of perfection in oneself, pressuring him to become smarter, quicker, stronger and improving in any regard that he deems inadequate or untrained. Dallas attempts to internalize his pridefulness, however; he often showcases a challenging and competitive nature, seeking to prove himself to obsession with a chip on his shoulder. In serious circumstances, Dallas often plays dirty, employing deceptive and dirty tactics if overpowering his opponent or ‘enemy’ is out of the question.

In his earlier years, Dallas used to be prone to intense fits of rage, furiously lashing out in bouts violence and aggression to the point of hurting everyone and everything around him, including himself especially. Nowadays, Dallas continues his struggle with self control, villainizing his own anger and in turn - himself. As such, he prioritizes control over all, seeking it mainly within himself, afraid of what he might do, making rash decisions or harming people he ‘enjoys’ around him. His ultimate goal is to temper his aggressive tendencies and become a proper, calm and level-headed, humble man. With a healthy, happy family with a near endless amount of ill-gotten gains to supply them with. Ironic.

    Biography:

    Early Childhood
    1996-2002

Dallas’s earliest memories were of the orphanage held inside the St. Fiacre Hospital in East LS. With no knowledge of his birth mother or biological father, Dallas had no blood-related siblings - at least to his knowledge. Dallas often recalls being the eldest among the group of children held in the orphanage, accounting that most of them were shipped to proper facilities while Dallas remained at the hospital. Due to this, Dallas didn’t have many long standing friends growing up, becoming rather distant and unwilling to establish such a relationship with his peers.

As he grew up, he met another child a few years younger than him named Clarence. A small, frail, and rather meek child by Dallas’s standards, viewing him as a burden to others and often bullying him as a result out of hopes of strengthening him. Nowadays, Dallas accounts these actions as seeing himself in Clarence, believing that deep down he related to his feelings and wanted to express them similarly but something within him prevented it.

As a result, Dallas and Clarence became a packaged deal when a single middle-aged woman decided to adopt them, housing them nearby in a humble place on Amarillo Vista in El Burro Heights. Secured tightly in gang territory, Dallas was surrounded by poverty, crime and corruption, but was given a place to live, food to eat, and a somewhat proper, public school education.
