Drake Paxton was born under the name Drake Aideron in the small town of Lakeside, Florida where he originally sought a career in the medical field and where he originally realized his true love of helping others. It was here that he met some influential attorneys and decided to make the change and work as a paralegal for the primary attorney for the Masticoverre criminal organization,
James Paxton, whom he later married. After careful analysis, discussion, and study, Drake finally built up enough confidence to take and pass the bar exam for Lakeside, prompting him to then to found his own practice and begin work in criminal defense law. Drake saw great success operating his private practice and eventually became an Assistant State's Attorney for the Lakeside
Department of Justice, where he worked until he resigned and moved west to San Andreas, where he would eventually take the bar exam for the State and continue working in the law.
Since moving to San Andreas, Drake Paxton has worked both in private law and as an Assistant District Attorney until he resigned and took a few years off. Recently, he has returned to working in the legal field, this time taking up the mantle of Judge and was the Chief Justice of the State of San Andreas until October, 2021 where he began working as a defense attorney for the Paxton, Paxton, & Associates law firm with his husband and daughter.
