Felix was raised in Liberty City with a fairly wealthy family and parents that cared about him a lot. Felix lived a good life growing up and was very financially fortunate. Felix had the freedom to do what he wanted whenever he wanted and his parents gave him a lot of the things he wished for. When Felix graduated college from Vespucci University he took over his father's company, Griffin Innovations. However, a few years after taking over his father's business, his father passed away. This caused Felix to fall into a state of constant despair. This caused Felix to neglect his role in the business, and it eventually went bankrupt. Although Felix shut his friends and family out of his life for 1 year following his father's death, he was eventually forced to turn to them for guidance. Luckily they helped him and he was able to emotionally recover. After a while Felix was feeling motivated to begin working again. However, Felix knew he could no longer stay in Liberty City. He had made a name for himself there, which was the "Failed Trust Fund Kid." He was rejected from almost every executive job he applied to, and he soon came to realize that he could no longer could stay in Liberty City. Felix decided to make the brave decision to move to Los Santos in order to seek success and fortune.

After missing the life of wealth he once had in Liberty City, Felix has fallen into a life of crime as it is able to produce the required income to fuel his addiction for a lavish life. He currently lives in a high rise apartment in downtown Los Santos and drives a vehicle that satisfies his thirst for wealth, at least for now. Felix hopes to one day get out of the life of crime and to restart Griffin Innovations in Los Santos, however he knows that time is not now. For the near future however, Felix has some big plans coming ahead that he hopes will make him millions.
