Fresco Leones born in Chile 1993, given away at birth to his aunt who also changed his name to Freddy Panko to be eligible to receive welfare cheques from the state. While growing up Freddy did anything to try and hustle people into giving him free stuff, money, booze, drugs, bubble gum.. you name it, he wanted it.

After a long and rumbustious lifestyle of scamming people, it finally caught up to him. Right before shit hit the fan Freddy learnt that his mother (aunt) had a sister living in Chile (Frescos mom) He got in contact with his aunt in chile that explained that the whole family had already left the country to seek a better life in America, more specifically, Los Santos. He got the phone number of his cousin Ezekiel (Actually brother) with Fresco being Ezekiels brother he couldnt turn down his request to move in with him to this new city, The aunt in chile had set up everything, fake passport, fake birth certificate, plane tickets and even the boat ride from South America into the United states of America.

Upon arrival to the beaches of Paleto Bay he was greeted by Ezekiel with open arms. He taught Freddy on how to do everything, but most importantly, how to grow weed. With this newly acquired asset Freddy began to expand his own Empire of weed mules. Some say Freddy had upwards to 26 runners. His secret was that he was paying em good, better than the entire city was. After awhile of continuing to scam people and expand his empire Freddy learned from Ezekiel and others that infact his real name was Fresco Leones and that he and Ezekiel were in fact brothers. Baffled by this he decieded to change his name and embrace his true identity.

In the later stages of his life, a long lost friend had returned and was in dire need of cash. Since Fresco diddnt have any cash on hand, he gave his friend 150 bags of weed. With no intent of ever taking a cut from the running. Things took a turn for the worst, his friend got robbed of the bands, and immediatly thought it was Fresco who had one of his runners take the bands for him. Without even realising anything Fresco got shot in retaliation, for stealing his own bands, from his own friend.... Frsesco died from the injurys he sustained. Huh, imagine that.
