Born May 15, 1997 to parents Jasper and Priscilla Maddox, Hampton could always be deemed an individual with purpose; whether it be scaling the largest tree they could find as a child or suturing wounds as an adult, they were always drawn to a challenge. Growing up in a rather... unique household of macabre accoutrements that accented their parents work in the grim, ghastly, spooky, kooky and all around ooky, Hampton has come out rather optimistic and bright all things considered. Having taken to a fascination with the human mind at an early age, allegedly after having been shown one by their mother on their twelfth birthday, Hampton seeks to unlock the explore one of humanity's great neurological curios that separates it from the rest of planet earth; self actualization and cognition. Studying at the University of Tennessee Health and Science Center in Memphis, Tennessee, Hampton was standout student if not for their grades alone, it would be their enthusiasm and sheer morbid fascination with the intricacies of the brain that would both allow them to shine and give them a small reputation on Campus.
Though not intentionally a troublemaker, Hampton had a habit of running simulations on unsuspecting faculty and students to help further their education and in their mind, field of expertise. It was this science first, consequences second behaviour that caused them to attract the eye of people on campus that, upon introspection and reflection, they would've done well to avoid. It was here Hampton learned a hard truth about the real world; no matter how many variables you account for, or how spooky and kooky you think your family may be, there is always someone or something ahead that can show you real horror.
With lessons hard learned, Hampton retreated from public facing practicum in their schooling and threw themself into their studies, eventually earning their degree Doctorate in Psychiatry. With degree in hand, Hampton decided it was time for a larger change; packing up the few things they owned, they said a solemn but hopeful farewell to their family for the time being, as they went to travel and work, attempting to forge their own path in the world as someone who could help others in their time of need. Now, they find themself almost two years into a stay in Los Santos they thought they would never make, and find themself entrenched firmly in their role at SAMS, attempting to help others anyway they can.
