The Los Santos Crime Family. Formerly known as VCCS is an active Organized Criminal Organization. LSCF has been known to take part in the following: Auto Theft, Human Trafficking, Arms Trafficking, Narcotics Distribution.

Starting in Vice City, for what was called the Vice City Crime Syndicate. Mitch quickly gained a name for himself and The Syndicate. Upon gaining much attention and quickly The Syndicate quickly dropped onto the federal Government's radar. The Government had "planted" an informant into The Syndicate. This informant was within the syndicate for years before moving up in the ranks and finally gaining the power and information he needed. He then helped the Government bring down the syndicate only to realize all their proof of Mitch being the leader vanished along with Mitch.

Mitch, from that point forward disappeared and moved onto Los Santos where he vowed to reclaim his throne withe The Los Santos Crime Family

• The Los Santos Crime Family was an organization originally named Vice City Crime Syndicate when Mitch lived in Vice City.
• Interacting with them in public, you wouldn't know they were mobsters, unless you were being targeted
