Matteo Kennedy was born in Brooklyn, New York on July 31st, 1995. He grew up with four other siblings, Enzo, Aurora, Anastasia, and Gabriella. His father was a police officer for Brooklyn PD and his mother was a kindergarten teacher. Throughout high school, Matteo grew found of solving mysteries, and began looking into cold cases around the area he lived. He talked to his father about it the most and made the decision to pursue this field of work after college. After high school, Matteo attended CUNY John Jay College of Criminal Justice and obtained a masters in Criminal Justice and STEM. Matteo eventually joined the Brooklyn Police Department and went through the training process. He spent time there as a cadet before transferring to Los Santos to become a cadet in the Los Santos Police Department, reconnecting with his sister Gabriella.
