The Cigar Haven is a call back to the Russian roots of the Oblonsky Family, the idea of the business was a pipe dream of the late Sergei Sr. Oblonsky. As he had grown up in the slums of Odessa and plans for his children to encapsulate the American Dream, this was the blueprint that would lay the foundation to build up their life. His 2nd son Devonte would build the empire in the foregrounds of South Los Santos. The business laid it's ground work in May of 2023 where it has had it's ups and downs but the family remains steadfast, ready to serve the community.

In May of 2024 the Cigar Haven would open to Preorders for its earliest customers, this would be the preliminary to its first line of products containing 3 cigars, 1 lighter and 1 cutter. This would lay the ground work for the next 15 items and many collaborations to come!
