(TW: Suicide, Addiction) Born in the backseat of a busted up station wagon somewhere in the American Midwest, Oliver's life started on the road and never really left it. The son of a Romani traveler and a former Biker Prospect turned US Marshall, he was often carted around following his father from town to town, being taught on the road by his mother. His early years were hard as his father barely took care of them whenever he was on a case, and when he wasn't he was more oft to raise a hand to harm rather then help his family. Around the time that he was 11, his mother left him at a Denny's in Colorado before flinging herself and their vehicle off a cliff. Oliver waited for his mother or father to come pick him up but around 2 in the morning he was picked up by DHS and thus began his life of hopping from foster home to foster home, always on the search for something he never could figure out.

Around the time he turned 13, he was placed in a group home with a boy named Thomas. They became quick friends and ultimately the hellions of the group home until one night they decided to run away together, sure that they could make it on their own. They ranged from living on the streets to being picked up and separated, only to find their way back together. Finally when they turned 16 they landed in the home of Mr and Mrs Rathmore. For the first time the two boys felt some sort of security in home and they stayed with the Rathmores until they turned 18 and enlisted in the Marines.

After a situation in Marjah found both boys dishonorably discharged and in pretty bad shape, a few members of the Nomad Charter of Black Lotus MC found them. They were in a back alley strung out on drugs when found and were, for lack of a better word, kidnapped by the club and forced to sober up. Originally used as workers in some of the club's less known Businesses, they were taken on as prospects after a situation with the Police that the boys handled with 'almost a sense of glee on their faces.'

They would go on and become full patch members with the Nomads, taking part in some of the club's darker business.

Oliver operates as the Tail-gunner for Black Lotus MC. A veteran member of the club for 11 years now, he looks at himself as the club's front line against the threats that come to their gate.
