The Pillbox Cartel otherwise known as (Cártel del Pastillero) are a conglomerate of unique individuals from different paths of life with intentions to better their own life by working together. Pillbox Cartel range from mass distributes, selling various products, hired guns, bank heists, hacking, heists, Businesses and anything else they can get their hands on within the criminal underworld. Members of the organization tend to be unknown to the public; their anonymity being a useful tool. They can be your neighbor, doctor, pilot, friend or enemy.

March of 2021, a man by the name of Bartholomew Harington originated the Pillbox Cartel with various people to pledge their lives to the Pillbox Cartel and ensuring that we were to prosper in the future and benefit one another at the Mile High Club in Pillbox Hill, Los Santos, San Andreas; thus the name "Pillbox" in Pillbox Cartel; contrary to the popular belief they've originated in Pillbox Hospital.

What started small, began to expand to a very large group of people with various different professions. Each member of the group have different tasks set out for them along with different expectations. Each pride themselves and their lives to bettering the Cartel and the people within it. These members range from being your local drug dealer, to your lawyer or your doctor. Once entering the cartel, you are in for life. Each member pledge their lives to being a part of this organization, making their stance within it firm; ready to be killed should any of them have intentions of leaving the group or betraying in any way, shape, or form. The only means of leaving being retirement or death.

The cartel prides themselves in being diplomatic internally. Each member has a say, their voices listened to and suggestions or actions are taken very seriously. Each respecting one another and the positions that they have. Much like a family, the cartel looks out for each other to this day and continues to expand throughout Los Santos and various different parts of the world.
