Pippin was born to a Greek-American family on October 13th, 1996 in Washington, D.C. Pippin always admired police officers and their work until he had gotten into high school where he saw the actions of some bad officers. This deterred him from becoming a police officer initially. Instead, after high school, he enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He started in an infantry unit but eventually moved to Marine Security Guard, protecting embassies. He had three different embassies that he protected, the ones in Germany, Japan, and Iraq. While Pippin was in Iraq, the embassy was attacked and as a result, he got shot two times. Even though he had been shot, he kept fighting off the attackers. During this, he even dragged other Marines who had been injured to safety so they could get medical treatment before him. After the assault had been repelled, he was provided traumatic medical treatment and evac'd to Germany for care and recovery. After he had recovered from his injuries, he was awarded a Purple Heart and a Navy Cross for his actions in battle. Shortly after, he was processed out of the military and he moved to Los Santos to get a job in public service. He noticed that the police department was hiring, applied, and got a job.
Pippin worked for the San Andreas State Police from March 2021 through April 2021 until the department split into the Los Santos Police Department and the Blaine County Sheriff's Office. While in the SASP, he was promoted to Senior Trooper and was working hard. Once the split occurred, he went to the BCSO and was a Senior Deputy for a bit. He showed interest in the Internal Affairs division as he always wanted to make sure that officers were doing the right thing, what they were supposed to do, and punish those who put a bad light on officers. He eventually got promoted to Sergeant and was brought into IA. He worked IA for a long time under the guidance of Mitch Wheatkings. Because of Pip's hard work and dedication, he was promoted to Lieutenant and became the Head of Internal Affairs for the BCSO. He filled this role for many, many months. He then was promoted to Captain after Wheatkings became the Sheriff. Pippin stayed in the BCSO until April 2022, when he received the offer of Deputy Chief of the LSPD. He has since accepted that position and filled it, leading officers and managing a department to the best of his ability. Pippin has now been moved up to Chief of Police as of August 6th, 2022 when he was sworn in.
