Born to drug addicted parents Jackson Osborne and Charlene Thorne. Raven grew up around abuse. Both of her parents struggling drug users, addicted to the promises of Vice City high life. She developed similar habits at a young age, beginning to smoke around the age of 12 and moving on to hard drugs and alcohol by the point of roughly 15. She left home at the age of 16, experiencing her first big run-in with the law after a simple traffic stop turned into a 2 hour chase. Raven, knowing she would get arrested for the amount of illegal substance in her vehicle, figured her only option was fleeing which is where she originally discovered her love for driving and later street racing. The adrenaline from the high-speed chase and a high concentration of cocaine in her body led to her repeating this offense often, sometimes resulting in her arrest. Eventually burnt out by the environment of Vice City, Raven packed bags in heading towards Los Santos.
Raven is a former member of the Pillbox Cartel, having been introduced to them by Kyle Gaz, she fell in rather well. Raven still commits similar offenses to what she grew up doing, however has also made her way into more organized crime through the help of the Cartel. Raven has contributed in a few Store robberies and even a Jewelry store heist. Raven, however, has an issue of not enjoying the use of firearms. She rarely discharges her firearm and in those very rare instances has been left with a high level of anxiety following the incident. After the disappearance of former leader of Pillbox Cartel, Bartholomew Harington, Raven spiraled deeper into her addiction, losing her Pilots license after a cocaine fueled flight ended with her being fished out of the ocean.
This accident put her in a position where she was forced into Rehabilitation to prevent getting life in Federal Prison. During her time in Rehab, Pillbox cartel was undergoing a restructuring and the new leader, [REDACTED], kept careful tabs on Raven. After release, Raven was welcomed into the newly restructured Pillbox Cartel.
