The future home of the San Andreas Parks Department Welcome Center. Currently undergoing renovations.

Originally bought by Poppy Hill with the intention to be a café bar that specialized in snacks and drinks for hikers and bikers coming and going in the Paleto Forest area, it was temporarily given up by the owner following the death of one of the founders, Anders Kristiansen.

Poppy Hill, now the Head Ranger recently reacquired it, but this time under the San Andreas Parks Department. It's intended to serve as their main education and event center.
