    Description:

    A fairly average height individual, on the heavier side but not nearly "fat", with blue dyed hair and a salt and pepper beard. He has a burn scar that has been repaired to the fullest extent it could be leading from his left ear down across his clavical, and to the center of his chest from being burned alive after a firefight with a gang in his former city of residence.

    Multiple healed gun shot wounds across his torso, arms, and legs, two grazes to his head, and a through and through in his cheek. A multitude of broken and reset bones, including a permanent steel plate holding together his left femur, and a few titanium rods holding together his right arm.

    Biography:

    Toby grew up in wealth and infamy because of his family lineage. The Marcello family was one of the 5 original crime families in Liberty City, his father being the latest in a long line of Marcello's to run the family, hoping to one day pass the family business on to his sons. Unfortunately due to his greed and instability, Don Marcello ruined that by pushing his oldest (Toby) into killing his youngest (Bobby) by lying to Toby and telling him that he had put the family at risk of being caught and everyone either going to prison or dying.

    Toby left his father behind and with his sister and step mother, moved from state to state across the country for a couple of years before landing in Los Santos and starting his new life away from his father's rage and incompetence.

    Hoping to leave behind the life of a killer and weapons peddler, he jumped into his real passion of Mechanics and found himself a nice little home in a shop, however, the life found him and he started getting pulled back in. Joining The Lost MC in his former city and becoming an Enforcer then Sgt. at Arms, he got comfortable being back in the shadow's his past were casting on him. He later left the MC to head back home and take care of his father who was sending hit squads after him. Today he lives in a new city and hopes to once again step out of the shadows of his past and become something different.
