Tommy is one of the founders of the Street Racing scene in Los Santos.

    Biography:

Tommy was born and raised in East London, notorious for rife inequality and the need to know which 'area' you were in at all times. If you were caught in the wrong place at the wrong time, you were in for trouble. Due to this, Tommy has a unique set of life skills, one being his way to talk his way out of most of the sticky situations he finds himself in. Making money has never been easy in East London, so getting both a stable and legal job was like finding gold dust.

Big families are commonplace in Tommy's area - his is no exception. He was taught how to survive through his three cousins, and as groups of youths in the area tend to do, crime was no stranger to the family. It started with robbing mobile phones after class, and soon developed into peddling cigarettes and weed during lunchtime at school. Tommy was eventually shunned by his cousins after expressing doubts about continuing on this path - the smallest amount of compassion and empathy was seen as weakness.

Tommy was always interested in cars, blasting up and down council estates with his Focus RS. He managed to get a clean job at his uncle's mechanic shop, and spent numerous years working on modded vehicles.

Tommy moved to the city not knowing anyone, but quickly made close friends with the team at Benny's. He spent two months fostering relationships with numerous people around the city, learning about their affiliations and information to get him ahead. A month or so after flying in, Tommy, alongside three other individuals founded Club 249. A street racing league that kept themselves to themselves and had no form of advertising outside of vouching for members. Since then, the league has grown tremendously and Tommy began to dedicate more and more time to it. Whilst this was happening, Tommy was offered a job at Lifeinvader (F.K.A Origin) by Sidonius Fern. Tommy continued to work in the daytime and race in the midnight hours until he was offered the opportunity to take over ownership of Benefactor Motor co, where he resided as Founder, never giving up the midnight racing scene.
