Ty grew up in the small town of Grapeseed in Blaine county. His Family was well known in the area as they worked on the O'Neil farm. Ty had many opportunities to become a successful farmer however, he chose a different Path and moved to liberty city where he studied business at Vespucci University. After graduating Ty opened up T's American Bar and Lounge. It was THE place to be... Drinks, games, gambling, a one stop spot for all your entertainment needs. Periodically, Ty would travel back to the Los Santos area to visit his Cousin Jay Rass, and go on Motorcycle rides with his buddy Taz Vizsla. One of these outings turned sour when Ty showed up after he hadn't been able to get in contact Jay for months. Upon returning to Liberty City Ty sold the bar to his Assistant GM, and moved back to Los Santos to find out exactly what was going on or had happened to his cousin.

Upon returning to Los Santos Ty began to investigate the disappearance of Jay. Ty also began to rekindle his friendship with Taz as they would go on on MC rides together around the city. A few weeks after moving back to the city Ty was introduced to the Redback MC. he began spending a lot of time with the club and after a few was brought in officially as a prospect. As the trail for Jay begins to go dry, he currently spends most of his time with the MC but is still dedicated to figuring out what exactly happened to Jay and Who is responsible.
