    Description:

    Dr. Bella Thompson is a medical director at Pillbox Medical Center and co-leads the Psychology Department. She also helps by leading the San Andreas Board of Medicine. She is often seen with her husband, Lt. Nikolas Thompson, or with friends at work. She is a bubbly and outgoing person and always tries to cheer up others. She tends to put others before herself, and can often allow her emotions to get the better of herself, wearing her emotions on her sleeve. She is well known for her love of pink, helping where she can, and being extremely friendly.

    Biography:

    Bella grew up in a generally negative family, with her brother being her main caregiver. Her father went down a bad path and her mother was often unable to care for her two children. Bella spent most of her time reading and studying, spending more time at school than at home. She was able to become a top student, finding her passion in film and journalism. However, when she was 16, her brother died, and she switched her focus to the medical field and wanted to work to ensure that she could take care of others and make her brother proud. She was able to get a full scholarship to ULSA, leaving her hometown completely and starting her life living out of Vespucci thanks to the money left to her by her brother. She returned to San Fierro two years later to testify against her father over multiple charges placed on him by the state, and then a year after that for her mother's funeral.

    After graduating, she moved on to intern at Parson's rehabilitation center, and then transferred to Pillbox Medical for her residency and slowly worked her way up the ranks.

    Currently, Bella spends most of her time running her department and helping the hospital where needed. She continues to see both psychology patients and helping in the ER. She and her husband eloped on January 18th, 2022, and then moved into their dream home. They are currently looking at adopting a couple of dogs.
