After many years of working as an AEMT in Vice City, Adrik Nelson left abruptly after a gang fight resulted in the Death of his mother. Abruptly Adrik quit his job and moved to Los Santos to start a new life. Shortly after moving to Los Santos he applied to work for San Andreas Medical Services as a Nurse then finished his degree to become a Physician. He slowly worked his way up through the ranks to become a Medical Director and Chief Medical Examiner.
