Brian flew into LS after faking his death to leave his terroristic past behind him, from low-key criminal organisation member in rockford to lead grove Street in a terroristic heavy weaponry schematics and explosive distribution in the southside, he found connections slowly with some of his Old family who were also forced to move state for safety (The Oni).
The Oni briefly started establishing their roots in the southside again, with how they left their previous lives it was hoe they all felt most comfortable reconnecting with themselves and finding their newselves.
JTO they were known as by many, James Town Oni by those who crossed paths the them would know them as, as they notoriously over ran the barrio of James Town and the Vagos seized to exist for a brief period of time, where he met Iris wane, who his Brother, Boss, and family member Shiro Kamiya so quickly introduced him to.
Iris helped Brian, in many, many ways, she gave him the spontaneous adventure he craved, and the solace he desired but didn't know of at the time, a woman who took him to extremely dark places, but held his hand through them and shown him the light waiting for them both at the end of everything... This was where Brian's life started to spiral downward yet again when Iris passed away, and he found out his previous partner was living a double life and chose to be with other people and take the empire Brian had tried so hard to create for them.
Brian left LS to try and rebuild what was forcefully taken from him by someone he cared deeply for but to no avail.
He returned to LS with no family in the barrio, a mindset full of vengeance and redemption and a family to find and protect as Brian had felt like he had lost everything.
Brian continues to be apart of the Hands In leadership for Oni. Who were previously established in Little Seoul after Brian came across Moxxie Vixen, who helped remind him of his family, and their whereabouts.
After arduous amounts of war, betrayals, double crosses, murders and kidnappings, lost loved ones and family members, broken relationships and friendships turned to victims of torture and homicide. Brian began to find comfort with a woman called Petal Thorne who showed Brian he's capable of loving again. But the loss of Iris wane, grew too painful for Brian to overcome. He opened up to friends and family, and was pushed to seek professional help at Parsons for his mental instability, where he admitted that he was told to tell Iris about his true feelings and how he loved her in the day he watched her get gunned down by an array of police men and women. To very quickly be taken to Mount zonah medical facility where Brian was already waiting and found her being checked through the reception desk... without a pulse.
Brians broken relationships, and swallowed pride has become his distortion and twisted his mind to make him think he is forced to prove himself and his loyalty to his family, The Oni, who now reside in Playa Vista, West Eclipse Boulevard, through unrelenting devotion to protect those within its culture and domain.

Recently Brian was Captured due to a plan of his going wrong. His serial killings with Iris Wane as Cannon and Ball became somewhat notorious to some in the PD and to those who opposed Brian after the passing of Ball aka. Iris. He is now spending the remainder of his sentence in Cell 13 of Bolingbroke Penitentiary where soon he'll be released back to the public....

...With intentions of finishing the jobs he started.
