Cae grew up in Orlando, Florida and was the youngest of two siblings and the only girl. Her parents were rather controlling and very conservative in the way they brought her up where as her brother Nathan was granted a lot more freedoms. They both had to be in the house by 10 PM on a school night or otherwise, While he would sneak out more often than not she was too chicken to go along with it. Teased a lot in school because of how cautious she always was, her red hair, and glasses, she was the victim of a lot of bullying and had to see multiple therapists while growing up. Everyone always pegged her for the sweet and innocent girl who wouldn't even dare to hurt a fly let alone swear. Unfortunately, her mom and dad never really had the time or energy to try and talk to her about anything she was going through, she had to fend for herself.

College came and went and she was given an ultimatum; she was old enough to live out on her own (even if she was never really taught how to) so after graduation her parents offered to give her as much money as she might need if she chose to relocate, but home was no longer a place she could live. She was old enough, so she was going to learn how to make it on her own whether she was ready or not. Finding a bunch of tourism videos for the beautiful Los Santos, San Andreas she fell in love with the city right away. Similar to Florida, but across country, the farther she got away from her controlling parents the better. The only person she was going to miss was Nathan.

Cae has made a life for herself in the city of Los Santos, for sure. It was a bit of a culture shock when she landed in the city and realized how riddled with crime it was, but thankfully she found solace in Virgil Bogard almost immediately. Hanging around him, a romance between the two blossomed very quickly, she was head over heels for the guy and didn't even know what hit her. Thanks to him, she's found herself surrounded by a lot of people who seem to truly care for one another despite the fact that some of them very obviously do crime. Dating a criminal that just so happens to run a, 'crime school,' that stuff started to rub off on her and while she will never admit to dabbling in some illegal activities, she does like the adrenaline rush that comes with it. However, she tries to make sure like is balanced and truly enjoys hunting and fishing now in her spare time. Otherwise, she's off doing her best trying to impress her boss Antonio Ariez and the company he keeps.

This is all the start to a new life and now she has the opportunity to prove both her bullies and families wrong. She's much stronger and smarter than they think she is and Los Santos is going to be the place where she gets to prove that.
