Caroline Selene Samson has always been known as a rebellious type that enjoys living in urban areas. She loves living a heptic and fast lifestyle. Growing up she lived in a wealthy middle class family with her two parents and her older brother Alistair Samson. As the younger child she was usually blamed for not being a good child like her older brother. This caused her to rebel which led to smoking and drinking from a young age. She moved out not long after reaching the age of 18 and moved over seas to America where she first settled in a town called Lakeside.

While there she joined major gang Bad Bloods where she met her oldest and dearest friends Seany, John and Scott. Once Bad Bloods disbanded she took a different path and joined the Police to which she became a FTO trainer & Lieutenant. Although she climbed the ranks fast she eventually left and desired crime too much to fight it.

After leaving the police she went off the radar before appearing in Los Santos to start fresh. There she met familiar face Hans Roulette. The Roulette's were a family to which recited in Lakeside originally and a lot of family members were apart of the Bad Bloods gang. Due to there early knowing of each other they quickly became fond of each other and before she knew it, he asked her to marry him. It was a quick marriage that only lasted the space of a month due to disagreements.

Moving to San Andreas

Cara was trying to be extravagant to stand out. She was shy to the life but was curious to hang out with gangs and get herself into bad situations. Her life was simple yet extremely dangerous, which led for a bumpy lifestyle. She was best known at this time period for always rocking her blue bikini tops, leather pants and her matching blue Sanchez.

The Lost MC

Cara eventually started her journey in the city of Los Santos, apart of the group, The Lost MC. There she started as a prospect, making her way up the ranks at a rapid pace due to her close friendship with then President, Shedrick Nelson. Upon entry to the city she had secured herself a position as Secretary. Although, this lasted a week before immediate removal and abandonment of then Vice President Daisy, this left a discussion on who would fill that position, having only two candidates Cara & Scott Reagan who was SGT At Arms. It was quickly decided it was necessary for him to carry on that role due to his dedication to stepping up to protect and attack when necessary and Cara remaining a level headed thinker, important for a VP.

The Lost entered the city being one of the most well known MC's who were known as a big decider in the fate of others and were often called to arms to assist or judge other groups.

This worked well for a month or so but eventually, became a problem as often it would lead to groups being quick to despise them for their safe position. The first major conflict and "war" The Lost experienced was that with Bratva, known to most as the Russians.

Legion MC

After the fall of her charter of The Lost MC, Cara was accepted into Legion MC, a MC who had formed very close connections with her prior group and welcomed her with open arms. Her son, Joey McKenzie had joined them a bit sooner and helped her comfortably settle in. This is where she grew close to her now ex husband, Tom Hagel. Things were extremely rocky for Cara in Legion MC, and she associates this as a dark period, as there was a lot of internal conflict and hatred between members. As things continued to only go downhill, Cara handed her Kutte in and left the group on peaceful terms, but also at that time went through a divorce with her husband who also recited in the group.

Becoming a Doctor at Mt Zonah Hospital & Parsons

Cara needed a break from her usual life and attempted her hand at becoming a doctor. She had prior training in emergency medical care when she would volenteer for a hospital, while working as a officer of the law but had never gone further. She was granted the opportunity
