Born on April 24th, 1997, in the vibrant city of San Juan, Puerto Rico, Carlos Rubio's journey into
Law Enforcement was destined from a young age. Drawn to the pursuit of justice, he found himself on the streets of San Andreas, USA, determined to make a difference.
Carlos officially joined the ranks of the Blaine County Sheriff's Office on January 21st, 2023, stepping into the world of
Law Enforcement as a Cadet. His dedication and natural investigative instincts quickly set him apart. Within a mere two months of leaving his cadet phase, Carlos ascended to the role of Detective in the Major Crimes Division.
His journey within the BCSO was just the beginning. Recognizing his potential, Carlos made a strategic move to the Los Santos Police Department, eager to tackle the unique challenges of urban policing. His transition into the bustling city department was seamless, reflecting his adaptability and commitment to the cause.
Currently serving as a Senior Detective within the Major Crimes Division, Carlos focuses his efforts on the Gang Intelligence Unit. His expertise extends to unraveling the complex web of gang activities, tackling issues ranging from gun trafficking to drug-related crimes and money laundering. Under the mentorship of Lieutenant
Jay Lamb, Carlos honed his skills in Training and Homicide, emerging as a well-equipped detective ready for the toughest challenges.
A turning point in Carlos's career came when he started working with Lieutenant Merlin Savage, a dynamic partnership aimed at reshaping the GIU. Together, they strive to eliminate criminal enterprises from the streets of San Andreas, tirelessly working to disrupt organized crime and ensure the safety of the community.
Carlos's aspirations reach beyond personal success; he envisions a fortified GIU section within MCD. His goals include building a seamless bridge between Major Crimes Division and Patrol, creating an active workflow that eradicates crime effortlessly.
