Born & raised in Russia, Devonte Oblonsky and his extended family moved to San Andreas with the hopes of creating a better life. They as a group packed up their bags and started to try and do their own stand up their own business front. However after many years of lack luster income and a dwindling feeling of comradery among the group their Father decided to take his nights to the streets as an attempt to grow the company on the back end as a means to save them. Through many weeks he continued to do this solo until being discovered by one of his sons Sergei Oblonsky.

Sergei took a quick liking towards working the streets and quickly recruited his wife Alice, uncle Devonte and many of his other siblings and children as a means to start their own Criminal Organization. This was the day the Oblonsky Crime Family was born. Day by day they would work the store fronts as a means to launder their money and redistribute it to the public, but at night as the moon shined down upon them they would be below the surface creating and moving product to keep up their façade as the nice family who'd migrated for the San Andreas Dream.

A few years after the establishment of the family their father had passed, leaving Sergei as the heir to the family with Devonte as his right hand man to run the workers and oversee the attacks on rival gang-fronts. They had becomes masters of coercion, counter-intelligence and king-pins in their own right. They had developed and maintained a hunger for power in which could not be satiated. The OCF were on the hunt to be the master puppeteers of the city, but will they? Only time will tell....
