Jackie was born and raised in Vice City in a pretty conservative family and heads often budded against each other.
When she turned 17 years old, she got into a major fight with her parents and ran away. After that she tried to make ends meet in Vice City. She got heavily into stealing, racing cars, drinking, taking drugs and ran into a lot of shady people who caused her great harm. She promised herself that she'd never EVER wanted to be so vulnerable and hurt by anyone ever again, so she decided to keep on the move ever after that. drifting, fighter for her rights, all the while keeping up her booze and drug habits.

She drifted around America and was homeless living on and of the streets of Liberty City for a while, in particular in Dukes and Bohan. But soon she also had enough of that life in the city that never sleeps so she hitched a ride on a Greyhound Bus. Fully within her character, she refused to wanting to pay for a ride on a crappy service like that, so she hid amongst a group of tourists heading for the trip and landed into LS on the 11th of October 2025.

She's already somewhat made a name of herself by getting thrown into Bolingbroke on 3 separate occassions, all due to robbing a store and trying to get away from the cops.

On the 13th of October 2025 she got put in jail on temporary "Lifer Inmate" status while she awaits her Court Case . Said Court Case was called upon due to a concussion causing memory loss and confusion, which in and of itself was caused by a police baton that got bashed repeatedly against her head & mask. The latter amplified the blows to her head, caused bruising & superficial cuts when it shattered partially and imbedded pieces into her skin.

On October 24th after a brief discussion with her lawyer she pled No Contest and was sentenced to Time Served and a Fine of $3750 on the 25th of October. She was let out of Prison on the 31st of October, her Birthday, for her to get send back to jail twice after that. 1 time for driving through a red light and evading cops, then right after she got out for that charge, she got reported by a local for stealing their car and charged with "Joy Riding" and "Evading" which she pled No Contest to as well.

On her way to Bolingbroke the Prisoner Transport got T-Boned by an Overflod Entity XXR which caused her to get a bump on the head, but other then that she was deemed fine.

After that she got arrested multiple times, 1 of which was after a store robbery but it turned out there was also a warrant out for her arrest because she stole from 3 parking meters, giving her longest sentence to date: 155 Months.

She has been shot and shot at by the "Afro Cop" on 2 occassions and she harbors a grudge against him because of that.

As of the 11/11/2025 she became a Mechanic at Skywheels in Sandy Shore, she hopes that this will keep her on 'the right track'....

The life as a 'good girl' got boring to her fast, she was missing the action, but she wanted to work her hardest to be able to afford a new bike. After multiple days of hard work she managed to buy it, a beautiful Bati 901. After some initial customizations due to lack of funds she dubbed her: "Velvet Darkness" after her Yeeter Handle.

While she was working, news broke that her friend Drew had somehow broken out of prison. Multiple people came inquiring about his whereabouts due to her affiliation with him. The news article made him sounds like a dangerous man, but she knew better and was afraid for his life. It didn't help that a 'strange man' also came 'snooping around' right before news broke nor when a supposed 'agent' came snooping either.

So when she was alone and her phone rang and she picked it up, she was pleased to hear Drew's voice. He promised her he would stay safe and how he didn't trust anyone but himself at that moment. She promised him she'd arrange a place with him for her to drop of money so he would be able to sustain himself. However all the nervousness and stress over that and her overworking herself kinda made her 'snap' which caused her to go into town to test out her new bike which ultimately led to a chase and a crash with a local at the end landing her right back in prison. She didn't even care and was giggling the whole way. She missed the thrill and sleep deprivation kicked in hard also.
