Born in Wales Jack grew up in a small village for the first few years of his life. His parents were both Nurses within the armed forces. Soon after his parents left the forces they moved to the states. From there Jack grew up attending school and excelling in his physical classes whilst somewhat passing his theory work. Whilst in school Jack was obsessed with his parent's prior work wanting to follow in their footsteps. So as soon as he finished school he moved back home with his cousin and enrolled in the British Armed Forces as a Royal Military Police -RMP-. Jack knew he wasn't smart enough to become a nurse or doctor but he still wanted to help folks so he believed Policing was the best policy.

Whilst going through training he did take advanced first aid courses and became the designed first aid correspondent within his unit. Jack was soon deployed to various locations over the world protecting bases and personnel for a number of years. He made close friends with some of the fellas passing through and fell for a girl. Jack eventually got with this girl however on their next deployment she was shot doing an attack on the FOB he was protecting. He watched her bleed out unable to do anything due to his own injuries sustained. Jack first came to Los Santos five years ago and received top treatment at Pillbox Medical Center from some of the friends he made. Whilst there the hospital was put on lockdown and due to the lack of security the hospital was overrun and the Medical were left to fend for themselves whilst waiting on Police assistance.
