San Andreas Medical Services is a collaboration of three departments. San Andreas Fire Rescue, San Andreas Medical Services, and
Department of Human Services. Each department, as of 2022, Has its figurehead and operates independently. Including Day-to-Day Operations, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Training/Certifications, and Personnel Management.

Major Events
- San Andreas Medical Services previously operated out of Pillbox Hill Medical Centre; however, on May 1, 2021, Mount Zonah replaced this as the primary care facility in the state.
- June 25th, 2022, San Andreas Medical Services moved to a bigger and updated facility inside Eclipse Medical Center.
- In late December 2022, a fire of unknown origin broke out inside Eclipse Medical Tower, and all medical operations were relocated to Pillbox Medical, located on Pillbox Hill.
- H.R. 017 - A bill that ensures the public of their rights to privacy and protection within the medical system.
- H.R. 018 - A bill to provide Law Enforcement and Medical Services the tools they need to assist patients who may be a danger to themselves or others.
