Summary

Mutiny is an anti-capitalist, multi-state “terrorist” cell who wanted to break the gears of states they targeted in order to spark a revolution. Their aims were antigovernmental and anti-greed according to their philosophy, not opposed to citizens of the states where they operate. However, their goals specific to San Andreas seemed to change during the course of their operations. One objective, was to create economic chaos by destroying physical currency reserves within the state.

History

Mutiny was a self proclaimed collective of hackers seeking to show the general public the evils of greed, while also punishing the Government that enabled it.

For several months leading up to the attack, the leader, identified later as Lucas Troy and loyal subordinate known as Eris Fraus, performed many tests on hacking significant banking locations across Los Santos, Weazel News offices, the power grid and it's various substations, private offices of higher ranking officials at city hall, DoCL, and the offices of LSPD.

Lucas Troy hired several individuals to accomplish various tasks, with the ultimate goal being to consolidate all physical funds from banks across the state to a singular location, the Union Depository, where several bombs would be placed and detonated.

Several operatives were successful in transferring all funds via bank trucks to the Union Depository, while Lucas and Eris posed as Quinton May and Angelica Dawn from the Union Depository to keep police unaware of their true motivation, and after a hefty amount was taken by Lucas Troy to pay these operatives, Lucas Troy and Eris Fraus detonated the Union Depository bombs.

After Lucas Troy and Eris Fraus met with the operatives in Sandy Shores, in a hacker den where they had been operating out of.

Lucas Troy, allegedly from testimony of Eris Fraus, then went on to pay the operatives, only to execute them all shortly after, only leaving Eris alive.

LSPD arrived shortly after and took Eris Fraus into custody where she was questioned by MCD, before being transferred into federal custody to face federal charges. True name of Eris Fraus is unknown - as she has gone by several alias, Eris Fraus is just another Eris being the name of the Goddess of Discord and Chaos while Fraus is latin for fraud.

Lucas Troy escaped and remains on the loose.

Long Term Effect(s)

Mutiny managed to crash the Palm market, erase terabytes of data from PD mainframes, erase all banking data, housing information was lost, severely cripple the power grid during their operations, wipe out all financial and registration data regarding vehicles.
