Background:

Olivia was born to Ciara Quinn and Cian Liam Moore in a small sea-port village called Kinvara located in the southwest of County Galway, Ireland. She took interest in the medical field at an early age due to both of her parents working at one of the local hospitals; her father was an anesthetist and her mother was a nurse practitioner. She studied at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and started working in various hospitals as soon as she graduated and continued her studies with the on-duty medical professionals.

Several years later she became interested in learning about the forensic sciences after helping down in the morgue at the hospital. She later undertook the three-year Medicinal Chemistry and Forensic Science course at the Keele University and afterward started interning at various morgues and coroner’s officers around the country. After a while, she started to travel where the work was. She did a short stint in Liberty City but her tour of duty there was cut short after the morgue was caught in the crossfire of gang wars and, quite literally, exploded. Soon after, she moved to Los Santos to try and continue her career and hopes to someday be able to work at the Office of Coroner once again.

On the 25th of June 2021, Olivia was interviewed to work at Mount Zonah Hospital and was accepted. She entered the Residency Program and continued her work as a medical doctor. On July the 13th she graduated from the program and, due to the then chief medical examiner having retired, she was offered the position of Chief Medical Examiner and was put in charge of the Coroners Office and its morgue facilities.

On the 27th of October, Mount Zonah Hospital closed down the Coroners Office and Olivia spent some time on an extended leave of absence.

A little time later, Whiskey Business - The Butcher's Hangover was created.

On the 14th March 2022 the Fenrir Bail Bonds agency was started by Logan Stryker and Olivia joined on board to help with the administration of the company.
