Piper Riggs is a well known figure inside of Los Santos. She is most commonly known for her bright orange hair with black horns. She is always seen wearing black and orange with a combination of the two. At any point you see her wearing color, take a photo because that's new and unusual. When it comes to hang outs, Piper is typically seen with random people as her affiliation is neutral. Her demeanor is quite loud and she often jokes whenever she can.
