Reggie Miller was born on October 4th 1995 to both Ryan Miller and Lauren Harris. Reggie's upbringing in his early years were filled with love and kindness, but by the time he was 3, ended up moving to Cali with his dad after Lauren had found out about the woman he'd abandoned with another child; Reggie's half-sister Scarlett, and kicked him out. Reggie spent the rest of his young life here in California, only visiting his mother in the UK a total of two times. Whilst in Cali, Reggie attended school the same as any other child would: He stuck in well with his creative and more technical classes such as IT and Art, but never really tried hard enough in his other subjects as they did not interest him. After school, Reggie would help his dad around his shop: a Mech shop specialising in restoring old cars to their former glory. Reggie learned alot about car repair as well as gaining an appreciation for the types of cars that came through the doors as a result of this.

When he arrived in LS, It didn't take Reggie long to find himself a job, working as a mechanic in the seedy criminal underbelly that was River City Customs; A shop that had a lot of criminal activity surrounding it. It didn't take long for Reggie to take notice of this, and asked to be let in on some of the work. Soon enough, Reggie found himself getting involved in all kinds of dirty work: cleaning dirty money, Selling Weed and other narcotics, and robbing stores for the sheer fun of a chase. This style of living is what eventually brought his path to cross with some of his old friends who he'd forgotten about: a man named Buck, who was a prospect in the Legion MC. Buck filled him in on what he could remember, and said that Reggie might be interested in working for the Motorcycle club he was a part of. From here, Reggie took him up on the offer, and spent a number of months creating contacts and living life under the flag of the Legion. Throughout these months, the veil over his past lifted slowly as he met more people from his previous life, but still he kept his promise to himself about living life as he saw fit, unimpeded by his past. Reggie's life took a few changes during this time; going from river city to Mosley's Auto Body, and later being brought with the mech team to Heroes Garage.

Sadly, things did not go well for Reggie after this. The cracks of the group began to make themselves known not long after Reggie became a fully patched member, and it only took a few more months before he himself put down the patch, feeling that it wasn't worth the trouble to try and hold the group together. For a while, Reggie stuck to his own guns, creating his own contacts and creating plans for his own group. However, these plans were changed when he met Yukiko Hamura; a flirtatious and fiery green haired flame that persuaded him into joining up with her, and helping to forge the group known as the Golden Tigers. He accepted, and even ended up dating her for a while, but once he began to see how much he and her butted heads, quickly left the group and her behind. Around this time, he met a very particular pair of people from his past; Miro and Sam Rolland, Old cousins of his, related through his dead Fiancé, Ella Rolland.

While the news of her death brought him great upset, he was relieved to know that he at least still had some family he could look to for help and support. The two introduced him to the people at their work place; An Italian bar by the name of Salieri's, run by a man called Lucas Hendricks. He begun to hang out at the bar a lot, offering his services to the groups more secretive business dealings. Things seemed to be going great, until one fateful day; one bad decision, led to the downfall of the family, and the death of Sam. Frustrated, broken, and without remorse, Reggie found himself digging up an old demon he thought he had left behind him; The Blue Devil. He used this personality to do Hendrick's dirty work of removing some of the family members who let them down from the playing field, but a miscommunication led to The blue devil being kidnapped by Hendricks and questioned in their safehouse in Mirror Park.

It didn't take long for the rest of the family to crumble under Hendrick's madness, and now, Reggie, although safe, was left with no family to turn to, and nobody to support him. He wandered for a while, lost and confused, finding some solace in some new faces, including what ended up being his half sister Scarlett, who he had no idea even existed. Now, after a lot of therapy and support from his sister, his new friends, and even some of his old friends from Legion, Reggie has finally continued back on his journey of moving on in his life. It didn't take him long after that to re-join the MC life under the banner of the Outcasts MC; A group formed from the people who were kicked out of Legion for not bending to their laws and thrist for power over others.

On april 17th 2022, Reggie left Los Santos for a brief spell, to head back to his hometown of Palm Springs, California, in search of answers to his past. Not only was this effprt met with next to no results, but Reggoe was later chased down by a mysterious group of trucks, and taken hostage. When he came to, he was questioned about the whereabouts of his father, and where their stash was. When Reggie couldnt provide answers, they decided to try to force him by cutting off his left arm and cauterising it shut.

The next night, Reggie managed to escape his captors, breaking a few ribs in the process, as well as blowing up the warehouse he had been held in. He managed to grab a boat, and headed back to Los Santos, where he was saved by his friends. He is currently adjusting to his new life as an amputee, and trying his best to get his life back on track.
