Sierra grew up in Egypt surrounded by many within her life, from birth to the present day she has always been one to go up and talk to people but at points is very shy and reserved. Growing up, she was told to be respectful and to have an open mind when doing so, throughout her childhood she would remain shy as she didn't know what she wanted to do, and never felt good about her representation among others. Around the age of 17, she started to openly express herself, but it was soon shot down by the culture surrounding her and the environment she was moving into.

At age 19, she moved out of Egypt to find herself and moved to the Western United States to find herself in Dakota. Whilst in Dakota, she would open up a Tattoo Shop to express her artistic abilities, many people would come and go but one always struck her cord. The loud revving and rolling of twos going down the road, tight and fast. She should eventually meet them as they'd periodically come by and met a kind individual who would later become her husband after a few years. As time moved forward, she decided to close up shop and move away from Dakota as her husband transferred to another charter of the MC he was a part of, sadly though he would pass away soon after moving.

In Honor of him, she took care of his motorcycle and other prized possessions from his years of riding. She would eventually start doing Mechanic work, for a support club in the state, it was there she made some of the biggest bonds and learned the true knowledge of what MC life really was aside from being an old lady to her previous husband. Sadly though the supporter club and main club had a falling out and both were being investigated and met their demise. Sierra moved around for a while more, before meeting a Local Lost MC Charter out of state and deciding to pursue them. She would work her way up the club, to positions such as Head Enforcer and Secretary/Treasurer and after three years, a case was beginning to collect alongside internal strife among members.

This would lead to the downfall, and death within the club internally and from the outside police department presence. Sierra would eventually move to Los Santos and tried to open up an Aid Foundation in, during this time of having the Aid Foundation open in Paleto she would receive an injury and lost her voice. Struggling to find what to do, and how to cope and find guidance, she met Death Dealers MC during their stay. With their help of them, and some Guidance Sierra was able to get back on her feet, and would eventually move out of Paleto, to Vespucci Beach where she found her permanent home and family in her eyes, Devils Disciples MC.

Nowadays, she changes a lot due to her anxiety but thanks to the club she feels a lot better.
