Stella Melon is a shop created by Stella Day and co-owned with Liz Barber-Day. It was previously co-owned with Mina Teller. Stella Melon offers various melon-themed products from food and drinks to speciality items like the infamous floatie and umbrella. The business also offers catering for special events. Outside of catering, Stella Melon does make appearances at events such as Food Truck Friday, SAMS Blood Drive, and SAQA Pride Festival.

Stella Melon's largest event to date was the Melon Party on March 7th, 2024, celebrating the 2-Year anniversary of the business. It was also the grand re-opening, with the interior of the building cleaned up and operating. Melon lovers got to enjoy music from Brick and DJ Spooky.
