Summary

Taco Tequila Tuesday is a weekly event hosted at the Yellow Jack Bar in Sandy Shores. Each week, the bar opens with a special promotion where customers can purchase 3 tacos and get a free shot of tequila included. The event would also have live music, most often performed by the DJ Spirit, who was the resident DJ. TTT was often known for being a welcoming place to mingle with other people in the state, as well as a consistent source of chaos. Many unusual things would happen each week, bringing a lively (but sometimes dangerous!) feel to the event.

History

When Madi began working at the Yellow Jack, it wasn't long before she could see past the weird stains on the floor and the dusty disrepair of a place that wasn't much more than a biker club hangout in Sandy Shores. She had a vision to bring it to life, and each time she would open it and wait for customers, she spent time daydreaming of improvements and ways to draw in new patrons. Everything changed the day that a fellow teal haired woman walked into the bar - Harlow Greene. The two instantly became friends, and it wasn't long before Madi had found a way to get Harlow behind the Yellow Jack bar, too.
After one of their many sessions opening the bar and chatting away in early 2023, Harlow had mentioned the idea of Taco Tequila Tuesday, and thus it was born. In no time, the two of them had begun advertising the new event and sourcing supplies for each week from the local mexican food stand down in Harmony, and the liquor store nearby. The two of them were certain that opening consistently every Tuesday would bring this event to life, and with time, it did.

Long Term Effect(s)

Taco Tequila Tuesday became a staple in the state of San Andreas. People would travel from both ends of the state to meetup with their friends and participate. TTT is a place to meet others, exchange gossip, and overall just get drunk with your friends. It provided a place for artists to showcase music, a fun environment to meet up and talk business, and a place to bring your whole organization to represent yourselves. It is a lively meeting place for all and has been intertwined into so many stories throughout it's existence.
