Wynter Creed here, we spoke briefly last week about the house Marcus and I purchased last year on Jamestown St. I spoke with Marcus on Saturday and he told me that he reached out to Dynasty to see what he needed to do to have the house transferred to my name. I am just reaching out to verify this. I also had a few other questions about the interior of the house, I am trying to remember if Iremember correctly how long and how much you said it would cost to have it remodeled to the southside if we/I so choosed to do so. I am looking to have that done once the transfer has been done. Once again thank you for the advice you gave me when we spoke.
