    Biography:

She comes from Canada, where she grew up in the south mountains of Quebec, north of Montreal. Her whole childhood consisted mainly to exploring the forest and studying what she could about it. She decided to study environmental science. She loves small facts about plants and animals that she likes to share and educate people. She used to help her sister understand how to respect things in the forest and not fear what seems to be dangerous. She worked a little after studying in her natal place, but decided that she wanted to know more about a different climate and help different species.

She moved to Texas to help and start studying the endangered Texas Grey Wolf where she met a Texas Ranger named Hau Mohe. Her role was to learn the biology of this species compared to others across the US and learn to control and stimulate population growth in the state. Along with environmental concerns that could be changed to bolster not only this population but other endangered or threatened species as well. Hau and Liz were the main two who spearheaded this mission for almost 2 years. During this time they became great friends not only at their workplace but also in their daily lives as well. Hau also offered Liz a place to stay as she was foreign to not only this state but also this country.

After a few years working on this project and doing as much they could together, they passed along their work to be archived for future conservation efforts. Hau and Liz still had a passion in themselves to go on further and discover new places in hopes they could help along the way. They heard of the city of Los Santos in the state of San Andreas that up until now did not have any protection for their state parks or nature in general. This is until they heard the San Andreas Park Rangers were being reinstated in the state and were looking for able bodied people to help. This was all they needed to hear to rush on over to Los Santos to hopefully become a Park Ranger.

Elisabeth Leblanc is currently the Head of the Pets and Wildlife Division and Deputy Head Ranger for the SAPD.
