September 17th, 1996, Blake Barker was born into a middle class family in Toccoa, Georgia full of former Law Enforcement Officers. During his birth Blake's mother unfortunately died, leaving him to only his Father and his grandparents, Due to his father being a Police Officer and being in high command, Barker was raised by his grandparents and rarely got to see his father, Although he rarely got to see his father, he kept in contact with him and spent time with him whenever he could. Growing up Barker gained an interest in cars and motorcycles, and while he was in High School he learned alot about them.. Even went as far as racing cars, He even owned his dream car, a 1969 Mustang Mach 1. Unfortunately one morning Barker was in class his Junior Year, when he received a phone call from his grandparents asking him to come home as soon as possible, After class was let out Barker immediately went out to his car, hopped in and drove home, Upon arriving to his house, He noticed 2 patrol cars outside, As soon as he stepped into his house, He had learned that his father had just been shot and died on scene. He was devastated, and he promised himself on that day that he would become a police officer as soon as he turned 18 and graduated high school. As soon as Barker turned 18 he went to his local police station and applied, He was accepted into the academy and passed, He was then hired on as a patrol officer where he would spend a year working for the department. He was one of the highly touted officers and was respected by many, Once a year had passed Barker decided he wanted to further his education and enrolled into the University of Georgia where he earned his Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice during this time he was still employed by his local PD but did not patrol alot, after he graduated he went back to being a patrol officer where he spent 3 years before he moved, within that 4 years Barker became a SWAT Certified Officer, Aviation Certified and K9 Certified. He later moved to California where he became a Trooper and was named Trooper of the Year, After some time there he moved to Vice City which would be is last Place before he moved to San Andreas, He was a trooper for 6 months until he ultimately faked his death and moved away, Barker is now trying to build his life up in San Andreas hoping that he never has to move ever again.
When Barker moved to San Andreas He called up an old friend and Co Worker, Cole Gordon, Gordon took Barker to MRPD where he met Serena Mikaelson. Cole pawned Barker off with Serena where she ultimately helped him out, Little did he know Serena would become one of his bestest friends and he now claims her as his sister. As time went on Barker met a bunch of people alot of them being some of his closest friends, He met a girl named Evie who he now considers his sister as well. He met Gary Lionne, his old friend and Co Worker Lincoln Baile, Jennifer Sallison, and John MacLamar. He met a woman named Rose Rue who was a nurse, Barker started to take a liking into her and eventually they got into a relationship, after 5 days she broke up with him. Now many of his friends are trying to get him into a relationship while Barker is just focused on getting his Police Career back...
Barkers life seems like its back on the track that he wants it to be on. He is officially a Police officer again and is in a relationship with Dynasty Realtor, Isabella Hills as of February 27th 2022. He has been helping her take care of her kids while also working as a Deputy for the Blaine County Sheriffs Office.

Barker Officially asked Izzy to Marry him on 05/14/2022, She said yes and they are now Engaged.
Currently Married to Isabella Barker as of August 6th, 2022.

Barker has a German Shepard named Maxx who is a retired K9. Maxx was retired after being shot and almost killed during a foot chase that went into a wooded area, It has been 2 years since the incident and doctors have since clear Maxx to return back to K9 work but Barker is not comfortable with returning Maxx back to work in fear of losing him. Maxx currently lives with Barker and Izzy along with their other 2 dogs Oreo and Cookie.

Barker keeps a BCSO Motorcycle helmet that has a large gash in it from a bullet. This bullet was shot by a Balla during a shootout involving police, the bullet hit the helmet and got deflected destroying the whole left side of it
