Dakota was born and raised in The Netherlands where she was known differently due to realizing at a later date in life that she was trans.

She was always facinated with America and everything within it. From the Culture, to the people to the beautiful stunning vista's and landscapes and dreamed of living in America. Here dreams came true when she came to Liberty State in August 2015 for her partner at the time who is American and lived there. Sadly enough that didn't work and they broke up in October 2015.

She already had her Greencard, so she moved to Liberty City and started living there by January 2016. While living there she had some odd jobs to pay the bills. Noteworthy are for example working at a Bean Machine and later as a waitress at The 69th Street Diner in Broker.

In February 2017 she was finally elligeable for her 'surgery' meaning she now doens't have to get Testosterone Blockers anymore. After her surgery she felt free and finally 'just right' to celebrate that she decided she wanted to see more from America and she's been roadtripping/traveling since October 2017 with her trusty guitar and the basics to live by.

On April 23, 2021 her roadtrip landed her in Los Santos. She soon managed to grab a cab owned by the Famiglia Cab Company who brought her from Los Santos International Airport to a motel located on the T-junction of San Andreas Avenue and Bay City Avenue. Sadly enough the Motel was booked completely full for the forseeable future but luckily the manager let her sleep on a couch in the lobby for the night until she could head out the next day to find a different place to stay for her remaining time in Los Santos.

Notable Friendships:

Although Dakota has to leave town to either fly back to Liberty City to get stuff fixed in an appartment she still owns there or has to even go all the way back to Europe to be with family on a regular, she still has made Multiple friends. The people she either saw or sees on a regular are:

  • Dakota was aware that Buzz had something for her, but she's too afraid she might get involved with the Ballas so she treated him like a friend instead.

  • She and Onyx dated for a while but it ended up not working out so the mutually decided to split.
• Sally Nailburry
  • Onyx parent, but also a good friend. Dakota holds Sally close to her heart as she made her feel super feminine in a Photoshoot they did together.
• Skipper Continelli
  • She secretly always had a thing for Skipper, but she never told her even though they've had their 'fun', they never committed to anything as she didn't spoke up about it.
• Stella Day
  • She met Stella when she was still dating Emily Honts and had seen her here and there when she visited the Shadowcade. Dakota was worried about Stella being in a relationship with Emily due to 'differences' they both shared and was secretly glad that she ended up with Onyx. However Onyx and Stella divorced later.

Gang Affiliation:

Although Dakota has some friends who have ties to gangs (either by them being part of Gangs like The Purple Boys/Ballas/Shogun/etc. or are ex members), she herself will refrain from dealing with anything that can be considered 'illegal'. She already feels bad enough that she ended up in jail for a DUI once, after she decided to "drink away her pain" and then getting behind the wheel (despite of it being only 1 block, she didn't make it far enough before the cops pulled her over).

• Dakota will always leave 1 lane in between her and a Cop with their lights on standing on the shoulder due to Liberty State Road Laws her ex from Liberty City taught her.
