Frankie moved to the Los Santos to continue doing the job he adores – helping people. Frankie was a typical kid growing up. He was born into a Loving, hardworking, family. The only deviation to the typical white lower middleclass lifestyle, was his pursuit into the career his father wanted for him. Simply because his father was disabled and couldn’t do it himself. After community college, Frankie and followed in his grandfather’s footsteps, as his father wished, down The Army route. He hated it, however the fear of disappointing his family was worse and almost cost him everything. One and a half tours in, An IED killed most of his squad and left Frankie hospitalised and requiring multiple surgeries & a year and a half of physiotherapy.

Army life wasn’t for him. Frankie’s nature lends him to a more nurturing side of humanity. He is for helping people, not hurting them. Following his recovery, Frankie took a small security job to pay the bills. His collage education didn’t bolster his army work and he had to stick to what he knew. A yearning found Frankie volunteering at the local VA in his spare time and on weekends. It didn’t take look for Frankie to fall in love with one of the other volunteers, Olivia, who just so happened to be the daughter of one of the patrons. Olivia and Frankie’s relationship flourished and she got him out of his security job and encouraged him to pursue a career as an EMT. Frankie had finally found a his passion. This is what he wanted to do – help people. For a while, Frankie had it made. But water finds a way… It wasn’t long into their marriage that Frankie noticed a change in Olivia that wasn’t present before their vows. Weeks then months passed as Frankie tried his best to as best accommodate or love these quirks, but Olivia’s personality had shifted too. Frankie has a distain for rain more than he can describe. For with the rain at night, nightmares often befoul Frankie’s dreams. A hazed sound of rain battering down on the windows in their moderate city apartment. A glinted reflection of the fairy lights in the tinsel. The crocodile tears that Olivia shed as she confessed her of her ten year battle with opioids and how her she couldn’t hid this anymore in their marriage. As much as Frankie tried, this wasn’t the Olivia he had married. The Olivia he married was a lie. His life for the past 3 years had been a lie. The only good thing, or so he felt, was the knowledge of the lives he’d helped as a part of a team. The team.

The day the signed divorce papers were handed to him, Frankie packed what little items he still owned into a suitcase and booked a flight to Los Santos.

Frankie has worked his way up through the ranks of EMS from EMT to EMS Supervisor and back again. . He is as dedicated to his job as he supportive of his colleagues and friends.

Frankie has donned the role of EMS Dad, a title bestowed upon to him by the younger members of the EMS team. This role has seen him take many under his wing.

Frankie has a large, deep, scar that looks like a dead tree emanating from his right arm pit across his chest to his nipple. He also has a large scar on the inside of his right bicep. These are the result of the IED that almost took his life. Frankie doesn’t like taking his top off in public, and won’t change in front of a mirror because of these scars.



During his relationship with Olivia, she became pregnant with his only child. Having sworn she was no longer under the influence of drugs, Olivia gave birth to an daughter who would not be named. Frankie and Olivia’s daughter was born 18 weeks premature with signs of Neonatal abstinence syndrome. The baby managed a week in Neonatal ICU before she succumbed to her ill health. Frankie discovered Charlie (for whom Frankie was best man at his wedding) encouraged Jenna (Charlie’s bride) to take cocaine on their wedding night, even though both parties suspecting Jenna was pregnant (Jenna refused). On discovering this, Frankie confronted Charlie - and found it to be true, distrusting anything Charlie said before and breaking their friendship.

Small Trivia:
Even before the incident where we fell off Zonah's roof, Frankie hates helicopters. He will do his job and stay focussed but he is literally terrified of them and will often be nauseous after the flight. It's taken over $30,000 in private therapy and months of work but he's not able to face his fears (mostly).

Frankie has a distain for rain. It makes him sad.
