Luna grew up in a small town in Southern West Virginia. She had one sister, Stella, and one brother, Solice. Luna's mother, Avery, and her father, Albert, were very controlling and abusive. She lived a sheltered childhood for the first 17 years of her life. She could only eat what her mother cooked for her, she was never allowed outside of the home, and she was not allowed to speak to anyone outside of their immediate family. When Luna turned 10 years old, she started drinking alcohol and smoking cigarettes that her father left around the house. By the time she turned 12, she had started smoking cannabis. One day, Luna's father shared a joint with her; however, it was laced with methamphetamine. Luna became heavily addicted to meth as her family ran an underground lab where they cooked and sold their own product. On Luna's 17th birthday, she snuck out of her house for the first time. In her absence, her family's meth lab exploded killing her mother, father, brother, and sister and destroyed her family home and all of her possessions.
Thirteen years later, at age 30, Luna finds herself living in an apartment in Los Santos, employed as a manager at the Black Woods Saloon in Paleto Bay, engaged to Caleb Ryker, a semifinalist in the championship event of Blood Night Bouts, and three months clean from methamphetamine. She's surrounded by close friends who she considers her family and her life seems to be going well. However, she knows she has an addictive personality and a traumatic past that she has not fully worked through. Any small change could upset that balance and cause her to go spiraling out of control once again. Will she finally get the life she has always wanted or is this just a cruel joke being played on her by fate before reality settles in once again?
