Serenity has always been a social butterfly who consistently challenges people and pushes the line. While she is intelligent, she finds it amusing to play dumb in order to rope those around her into thinking they have an edge over her. Serenity was born and raised in Concord where her father specialized in the Gang Investigation Unit and her mother owned a local bakery. Serenity lived a happy life until her teenage years when her father was shot down and nearly didn't survive. The incident changed her family dramatically and what once was a happy life changed to misery and emotional numbness. Her father would eventually kick her out of the house and she would begin her life in Los Santos.

Serenity was a Kyodai of the Akuma for almost a year where she focused on collecting information like her father and doing whatever means is necessary to stay alive. Serenity is an adrenaline junkie, as the adrenaline is the only thing that makes her feel anything, anymore and will do petty crimes such as robbing stores just to chase that feeling. Serenity later would step down from Akuma on peaceful terms and later join BLVKOUT where she focuses more on large heists such as jewelry. Serenity is known to drive well and is often called a rat (SQUEAK SQUEAK) due to her knowledge of alleyways and backroads that often cause PD to struggle when chasing her. In her spare time, she can be found hanging out with her adoptive family, the McKenzies and loves them deeply or is causing more havoc across the city for PD to deal with.
