Kamila is the second to youngest of four siblings, Sarah, Erik, Edric, herself, and Donovan. The Hart’s hung their hat in New Austin, TX where their father, John, was a Texas State Trooper and mother, Sarah, was Lawyer. Kamila was a daddy’s girl when she was young, yearning to become a Trooper and follow in his footsteps. Kamila begged her mother to let her play softball and when she finally did she refused to try any other sports. Once Kamila was a freshman, their softball team, The Pythons, made it to state. They went down to Houston to play against another team, which she does not remember the name of. While walking around the stadium, Kamila walked past some recruiting tables for different branches of the Armed Forces. While walking past them she remembered her older brother, Erik, who just left for college. She was always closer to Erik, growing upset that he is now gone she decided to stop by one of them: it was the Coast Guard. While talking to the recruiter it started to peak her interest more and more. Before she was able to get any pamphlets her coach shouted at her to hurry up and ran back over to her team. Forgetting about the interaction she continued about her life until she scrolled on the school computer, now a junior, she saw an ad pop up to join the Coast Guard. Remembering the conversation from her freshman year she went home and asked her father what he thought about him joining. Though her father was strict and tough on her, he explained how he thought it would be good for her. From that point forward Kamila started to train and research what she wanted to do inside the Coast Guard. She read up on how Boatswain's Mate(BM) can do Law Enforcement, she knew what rate she wanted to be.

Right out of high school Kamila enlisted and was off to bootcamp. After 8 weeks of hell, she was sent to U.S. Coast Guard Station Charleston for about 1 year stuck on an 87 FT cutter. They did not do too much there other than patrolling around, as she was just a non-rate. After that year she was sent off to BM A-School. After she graduated from school as a BM3, she got stationed over at STA Galveston, Texas. She conducted multiple SAR cases and has even detained a few individuals for shore side PD. Her main Coast Guard Asset was the 47 ft MLB.

When Kamila turned 26 and did not reenlist. She kept in contact with Erik the most, out of all of her family members. Erik was just positively discharged from the Army, another thing that kept the two siblings close. Erik told Kamila how he was moving to a new city, Los Santos, and how their Law Enforcement programs there were highly recommended. Wanting to still be like her father, and stay with her brother, she is packing up her apartment and about to ship it off to Los Santos. Kamila’s desire to become a police officer was still as bright as when she was younger, watching her father get promoted and do hero's work. With this new city, her background, and her family, she strives to get into their Police Department.

On Kamila's first day in this new city she got introduced to the Rangers and her heart was dead set on becoming one, almost forgetting about the BCSO. Months went by and Kamila became known as the Swamp Lady because she only hunted in the Zancudo swamps. She met many kind and wonderful people who taught her what it meant to be a Ranger, the person who made the most impact being Chase Reid. Chase became her role model, someone she looked up to no matter what it was about. During these months Kamila met someone named Austin Shepherd on a Parks Hiking event, the two talked for over an hour after the event had ended quickly forming a friendship. Not long after Kamila wanted to attend a LEO Ball but the person she was seeing at the time had ghosted her, Austin set her up on a blind date. Having nothing better to do she agreed and this is where she met her now husband Benjamin "Benji" Dawson. The two kept seeing each other after the ball and eventually started dating.

Sadly Kamila didn't make it into the rangers and it broke her heart. She spent months couped up not doing well mentally but Benji stuck by her side for all of it. On April 5th, 2024 Benji was put into the ICU due to drowning while on the job. This terrified Kamila, she cried and then realized how much she loved him. Even though he might not have been able to hear her she was the first of the two to say "I love you". Eventually he even proposed to her, this brought the light back into Kamila's life that she needed. During their engagement Kamila applied to be a Dispatcher for the combined Police Force's as a Support Staff member. She got accepted and her life blossomed even more. After their honeymoon Kamila got a call that her father was in the hospital and she had to fly back home for two weeks to be there for him incase something happened. As her father was afraid he would die he admitted to Kamila that she was a child of an affair he had years ago and her younger brother wasn't related to her at all as he was a "revenge baby" her mother had as a result of Kamila. Kamila inherited her CIP from her biological mother, who was a criminal so her father has no contact with her. Kamila's life continued to prosper, even with its up's and downs. She now has a family of her own with Benji and two lovely children.

After almost two years as a Dispatcher for the San Andreas State Police Kamila turned in her badge. She was one month short of two years but her time had some. She had been holding onto the job with all of her might, hoping it could come back. Her desperation was her demise, the job was silently killing her. She didn't want to believe it, it couldn't have been the reason. But it was. Kamila spoke to Deacon, Tommy, and then finally spoke to her husband. It took the three of them for her to finally except it was over. Benji had to be the one to sit her down and tell her that her staying would keep killing her. With a heavy heart she was finally able to leave and now has a new line of work, Department of Corrections. Her training starts soon and this alone has lifted so much weight off of her life, to the point where her close friends and family were able to sense the change.
