Justine grew up in a very wealthy household, her grandparents were archaeologists that discovered buried treasure hidden in a small, enclosed cave in New Austin. All the wealth was stored in a large chest with "property of Olivia White" written on the lock. Instead of reporting their find, her grandparents had taken the chest without anyone's knowledge.

Justine arrived in the state shortly after being thrown out by her parents. Desperate for a job, she found herself with the opportunity of working at the Vanilla Unicorn as a dancer. She made good money but was never fully satisfied. Unsatisfied with her job, she studied to become a lawyer and was the 10th person in the state to pass the bar exam. From there, she met Eli Goodman. They formed a close bond and decided to open a joint law office that later would become The Law Offices of Eli Goodman & Justine Stiletto. The office was very successful, from small MRPD visits to representing a governor candidate in court, the office ran from 04/26/2021 - 06/11/2021.

Justine was engaged in conversations when it came to the creation of a Public Defenders Office. Since her time in the state, she had been very vocal about the need for one. While never being able to attend a meeting with the State Representatives, she spoke through Eli Goodman about the necessity for there to be 4 pay levels. After much back and forth, she was successful and the bill was passed with all 4 pay grades. Justine served as a Senior Public Defender for a couple of weeks before stepping away from the role.

08/20/2021 It was announced that Justine would run for governor with her running mate, Vlad Tod. During her campaign, she made promises of reform, anti-corruption and transparency. She was tired of seeing the corruption, she was tired of having a governor that was unresponsive. She was running against James Paxton and Lee Li.

During her campaign, an attempt was made on Justine's life outside of her home. She was shot on the sidewalk with the responsibles leaving nothing behind but a bullet casing with "Justine Stiletto" written on it. She spent several days in ICU being treated at Mt Zonah. The case was passed to the major crimes division with them refusing to give any information to the press.

Justine lost the September election, receiving 45.07% of the vote.
